Homes for Private Land
Choosing to have a Manufactured Home placed on private land is an attractive alternative to having a house built on your site.
It means that your home is built the same way as any other home, in our construction yard and transported to your land, and the only building activity that will take place on your site lasts approximately 2 weeks after delivery. There is minimal disruption to you, as the majority of the building work is carried out in our construction yard before delivery.
We specialize in designing your home with you, to suit your personal style, land size, layout and budget.
You will need to check with your local council with regard to development application information.
We can take care of the council application for you - POA.
We can supply the plans free of charge for you to submit your application to the council, provided you are purchasing the home from us.
You can change any of our plans or design your own – we don’t charge any extra for custom built homes.
