The Colles Manufactured Homes story…
In 1991, family members, Col Laing and Les O’Brien decided to form a business together building manufactured homes.
They put their names together and ‘Colles Homes’ was born…
On a small patch of land, business started to grow, and more and more houses were built.
In 2002 Col decided to retire.
Les and his wife Lyn continued on, owning and running Colles Manufactured Homes, along with their two children, Monique and Shannon.
They built their factory at North Wyong, on the Central Coast of NSW, where you will still find them building the best quality manufactured homes and cabins.

Les has over 35 years experience as a qualified builder and business owner.
His knowledge and quality of workmanship is second to none.
Les has a hands-on approach to working with you in all aspects of your home, from design of plans, selections and on to the finished product.
Lyn is the office manager, and along with Les, directs Colles Manufactured Homes.
She has over 30 years experience in managing an office and running a business.
Lyn takes care of financial business, the day to day running of the office, detailing the homes, and along with Les, the final handover of your new home.
Monique has been with Colles Manufactured Homes for over 8 years. She takes care of your enquiries and is usually your first point of contact when you call our office. Monique also assists you with plan selection, interior design when it comes time to do your colour selections, price enquiries and accounts.
You can call Monique with any questions you may have about your home from start to finish, and after.
Shannon is our construction supervisor and oversees the building of our homes and cabins.
He has 12 years experience as a builder with Colles Manufactured Homes, joining us upon leaving school and serving his apprenticeship with us.
Shannon specializes in perfection and attention to detail; he oversees all our trades to make sure your home is of the highest quality.
